June Panorama

June 27, 2010

I usually post close ups of flowers, but today I want to include a few panorama pictures so you can see whole areas of the garden.

We have had a lot of rain this summer along with stormy weather.  I have a lot of daisies in the garden and many have fallen over on top of other flowers.  This was taken before those storms.

Taken from the kitchen window, this is a contrast to the snow pictures I took on New Year’s Day.  It is kind of a jungle in many parts of the garden…

Dan is posing on a Sunday morning.  Soon after this we had several inches of rain and now we have standing water right in front of where Dan is standing in the picture .  No need for a drought garden this year!

The first lily of the year.  I love the colors and design.  Thanks God!

This hydrangea was a gift from work last year.  It is small, but made it through the winter beautifully.

This may be the first Sweet Pea I have successfully grown.  It is climbing up the laundry pole.
